After identifying what you have done each day over a one week period by completing the My study and Other Commitments Schedule, you can see how much time you spend on academic and non-academic activities. You can now begin to look at habits that get you the best results.

So, after identifying your activities and commitments for a week, you will see how much time you spend on academic and non-academic activities – and recognise there are commitments that are an essential part of your life.

Now, for another week, take a closer look at your study and class time. Include noting for yourself when you concentrate well; how you best take notes; when and where you read best. Once you have completed this, put into practice habits that get you the results you want.
