The following will describe how you can set up a time management grid to help you prioritise all the tasks you need to complete.

When you are feeling that you’re not getting anywhere with the tasks you have at hand, simply and quickly draw up a time management grid and see into which of the four quadrants you think each task fits – hopefully, not all into the ‘urgent and important’ one at once! The fact is, if a task falls into this category we normally find a way to get it done.

Also, be aware of getting caught up in other people’s urgencies. Stop for a few seconds and assess whether this task is urgent also for you.
