My study and other commitments schedule
Over a one week period, monitor what you have done each day and then determine what the balance looks like. You can use the schedule template provided in the exercise. Play the video below.
Monitor yourself for a week. At the end of each day, fill in a timetable with what you have done that day, and try to be as detailed as possible. At the end of the week, you may want to colour code groups of tasks, such as academic tasks, so you can then assess what the balance looks like.Previous Page Next Page
